To prepare, add one or two teaspoons of your preferred blend to your infuser. Pour hot water into your cup or bottle and let it steep for 3-5 minutes or until it reaches your desired strength.
For a touch of sweetness, add a dash of organic honey or maple syrup.
Store in a dry, cool place, out of direct sunlight.
