Shipping Policy

Currently, we only ship within Australia. All purchases and orders are dispatched from our office within 1-3 working days. 

Order Tracking

All orders are shipped using Australia Post with a tracking number provided. All orders are dispatched once full payment is received. Once your order is in transit, you can check your delivery status via the Australia Post website.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Please email us at as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel your order once it has left our office.

Please note: we are not responsible for any errors (i.e. address, order information) or any other errors made by the consumer. Please ensure you put in the correct details.

Returns and Refunds

Contact us at within fourteen (14) days of purchase to discuss further action.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will give you a full refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. Please email us within that time frame so we can resolve any problems.

This refund policy does not apply to goods that have been damaged after delivery. All products received are to be returned in their original condition and packaging. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend you return the products via Registered post and pre-pay all postage.
