HOW TO PREPARE: Add the whole pouch of the Immunity Elixir Kit into a saucepan, add 3 cups of purified water, and let it boil for 2 minutes. Turn down the heat to low and let it brew for 40-45 minutes with the lid on. Remove it from the heat and let it cool for 10-15 minutes. Once it's cooler, strain the brew with a fine metal strainer or a cheesecloth into a bowl and squeeze all the remaining juices. Then add 1/2 a cup (or to taste) of organic raw honey and stir well. Pour the syrup into an air-tight glass bottle or jar.

STORAGE: Store in the fridge for up to 3 months. To maintain its freshness, close the lid tightly after use.

DOSE DIRECTIONS: Adults should take one tablespoon and children one teaspoon per day. In case of sickness or uneasiness, the recommended dose can be taken up to four times per day.
