IMMUNITY ELIXIR ELDERBERRY SYRUP - HOW TO PREPARE

ORGANIC INGREDIENTS: Elderberries, True Cinnamon, Ginger Root, Fennel Seed, Sweet Orange Peel, Licorice Root, Turmeric, Clove and Cornflower Petals. 140g
 
HOW TO PREPARE: 

🌱 Add the whole pouch of the Immunity Elixir Kit into a saucepan, add 3 cups of purified water, and let it boil for 2 minutes.

🌱 Turn down the heat to low and let it brew for 40-45 minutes with the lid on.

🌱 Remove it from the heat and let it cool for 10-15 minutes.

🌱 Once it's cooler, strain the brew with a fine metal strainer or a cheesecloth into a bowl and squeeze all the remaining juices.

🌱 Then add 1/2 a cup (or to taste) of organic raw honey and stir well.

🌱 Pour the syrup into an air-tight glass bottle or jar.
 
STORAGE: Store in the fridge for up to 3 months. To maintain its freshness, close the lid tightly after each use.
 
RECOMMENDED: Adults may have one tablespoon, and children may have one teaspoon daily, or you can take the recommended dose up to four times a day in case of sickness or uneasiness. - Shake well before each use.
