HOW TO USE:
• Always make sure your bottle is clean and ready to use.
• Always check the temperature of your tea before drinking.

Open the top section of the lid, place your preferred tea into the infuser basket and close it tightly. Then, open the lower part of the lid and pour hot water into the bottle. Once you've added water and closed the lid tightly, flip the bottle upside down and let the tea brew for 3-5 minutes or until it reaches your desired strength.

When your tea is ready, open the lower section of the lid and pour it into a cup or drink it directly from the bottle if not too hot.

• SOME TEAS CONTAIN CAFFEINE - If pregnant or with any health concerns, please seek medical advice before consuming.

Combining teas with a healthy diet and exercise may be most effective. We recommend drinking teas in moderation.

PURE BATH RECOMMENDATION - If pregnant or breastfeeding, avoid hot water •Remove any botanicals before releasing the bath water •If feeling unwell or if irritation occurs, discontinue use and seek medical advice.
