HOW TO USE
• Warm, gentle handwash before or after use.
• Always check the temperature of your tea before drinking.

First, open the top section of the lid, place your preferred tea (1-2 spoons) into the infuser basket and close the lid tightly. Then, open the lower part of the lid and pour hot water into the bottle.

Once you've added water and closed the lid tightly, flip the bottle upside down and let the tea brew for 3-5 minutes or until it reaches your desired strength or temperature.

When your tea is ready, open the lower section of the lid and pour it into a cup or drink it directly from the bottle if not too hot.

ORGANIC AND NATURAL INGREDIENTS: Magnesium Sulphate (Epsom Salts), Natural Sea Salt with Lavender Buds, Rose Petals and Rose Buds infused with Rose, Lavender and Melissa (Lemon Balm) essential oils. Soak bag and wooden scoop included)

HOW TO USE: Add 10-15 scoops of Serenity to the bath. If you do not want the botanicals in your bath, use the Soak Bag to prevent petals from coming free.

RECOMMENDED: •If pregnant or breastfeeding, avoid hot water •Remove any botanicals before releasing the bath water •If feeling unwell or if irritation occurs, discontinue use and seek medical advice.

STORAGE: Store in a cool, dark place away from light, heat and moisture. To maintain its freshness, close the lid tightly after use.

NATURAL INGREDIENTS: Melissa, German Chamomile, Neroli, Peppermint, Lavender, Grapefruit and Fractionated Coconut Oil.

HOW TO USE: Gently apply Nurture to your pulse points, wrists, temples, soles of your feet and behind the neck. Breathe in the relaxing aroma to soothe your mind and body.

STORAGE: Store upright, in a cool, dark place away from light, heat and moisture. To prevent spills, close the lid tightly after use.

RECOMMENDED: •Nurture is suitable for pregnant, postpartum and nursing mothers. •Apply Nurture to the pulse points only as needed. •Cease use if irritation or sensitivity occurs. •Avoid direct sunlight for 24 hours as there may be photosensitive ingredients.
